Privacy Policy

NinjaCreamer.com collects very little, and this page lists all of it. There are no user accounts, no newsletter list, no comments system and no advertising network on the site. The data that does exist falls into three groups: aggregate analytics about how pages are used, the affiliate cookies that Amazon sets when you follow one of our product links, and the contents of any message you send us through the contact form or by email. Each is explained below, followed by how to make a request about your data. This policy was last reviewed on October 20, 2026.

Who we are

NinjaCreamer.com is an independent review site run by Mike Lala. We are the data controller for any personal data described on this page. We can be reached at hello@ninjacreamer.com.

Analytics

We use a privacy-focused analytics service to count page views, referring sites, approximate country, browser type and screen size. This tells us which reviews and support pages are read and which are not, and it is the basis for decisions such as which recipe to test next. The analytics data is aggregated, does not include your IP address in a form we can read, and is not combined with any other data about you. We do not use it to build a profile and we do not share it with anyone other than the analytics provider, who processes it on our behalf. The analytics script sets no cookie that identifies you across sites.

Affiliate links and the cookies Amazon sets

NinjaCreamer.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Every Check price button and product link on this site opens a product page on Amazon.com and carries our Associates tag.

When you click one of those links, Amazon, not NinjaCreamer.com, sets a cookie in your browser. That cookie lets Amazon attribute a purchase you make during the following session to our link so that we are paid a commission. We do not see the cookie, we do not see what you buy, and we do not receive your name, address or any other personal data from Amazon. The reports Amazon gives us show the number of clicks and the products ordered in aggregate, without any way to connect an order to a person. How Amazon uses the cookie is governed by Amazon’s own privacy notice and cookie settings, which you can manage from your Amazon account. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser will prevent the cookie from being set; our pages will still work normally. Our disclosure page explains how the commission works and what it does not influence.

Contact form and email

If you send a message through the form on our contact page or by email to hello@ninjacreamer.com, we receive the name and email address you give us and the text of your message. We use that information only to reply to you and, where you have reported an error, to correct the page. Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and are not stored in a separate database. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the purpose you wrote to us about, and we delete it on request. We do not add contact form senders to any list and we do not share messages with anyone else, except where a message reports a safety issue with a machine that we judge should be passed to the manufacturer, in which case we will ask you first.

Cookies set by this site

Our own pages set no tracking cookies. A single functional cookie may be set to remember a preference such as a closed notice or the model you selected in the finder, and it contains no personal data. There is no cookie consent banner because no cookie we set requires one; the Amazon cookie is set by Amazon’s domain after you leave our site.

No accounts and no children

There is no facility to create an account, log in, comment or subscribe on NinjaCreamer.com, so we hold no passwords, profiles or payment details. The site is written for adults buying a kitchen appliance and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal data through the contact form, email us and we will delete it.

Embedded content and external links

Pages on this site link to Amazon.com and, occasionally, to a price history service or a manufacturer manual. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and once you follow a link to them this policy no longer applies. We do not embed third-party video, social media widgets or comment systems that would load scripts from other domains.

How long we keep data

Aggregate analytics data is kept for 24 months and then deleted. Contact correspondence is kept until the matter is closed and then for up to 12 months in case of a follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because the only personal data we hold is what you send us by email or through the contact form, a request is simple to fulfil. Email hello@ninjacreamer.com from the address you originally wrote from, state what you would like us to do, and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal data and have not done so.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site collects or uses data, for example by adding a newsletter, we will update this page and change the review date at the top before the change takes effect. Material changes will also be noted on our about page.
