Contact NinjaCreamer.com

We read every message that reaches this page, and we answer most of them. The fastest way to reach us is email at hello@ninjacreamer.com; the form below goes to the same inbox. Before you write, the notes further down may save you a wait, because three questions account for most of what we receive and all three have a page that answers them in full.

What we can help with

Corrections come first. If a measurement, a program name, a pint compatibility claim or a date on any page is wrong, tell us which page and what you observed, and we will check it against our test notes and our machines. A confirmed error is fixed on the page the same day where possible, with a dated correction note at the bottom, as described in our editorial policy. Pint compatibility errors are treated as urgent because a wrong answer costs a reader a pint pack that does not fit.

Questions about which machine to buy are welcome. Tell us how many people you feed, whether protein ice cream is a daily habit, whether you want soft serve and how much cabinet clearance you have, and we will point you to a model. Most of the time the answer is already on our five question guide, so start there and write to us if your situation is unusual.

Recipe requests are welcome too. We test every recipe on at least one Creami before publishing it, with quantities for a 16 oz pint and a 24 oz XL tub, so a request may take a few weeks to appear. If you have a base that worked for you on a specific program and re-spin count, we would like to hear it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot offer repair, warranty or order support. We are an independent site with no connection to SharkNinja or Amazon. For a fault under the 1 year limited warranty, the manual for your model on our manuals page gives the route to SharkNinja support, and for an order problem your Amazon account is the place to go. If the machine will not start, our troubleshooting guide covers the lid lock and pint seating issues that account for most of those messages.

We do not accept guest posts, sponsored content, link exchanges or review units. Messages offering any of those will not get a reply.

Before you write

The three questions we receive most often each have a full page.

  • Which pints fit my machine? See pint compatibility. Original 16 oz pints fit the NC299AMZ, NC301 and NC351; XL tubs fit the NC501 and NC601; Swirl pints fit the NC701; none interchange.
  • Why is my result crumbly or powdery? See the crumbly guide. The usual causes are a base that did not freeze flat, a freezer warmer than 0 F, or a low-fat base that needs one re-spin.
  • Is the NC351 better than the NC301? See NC301 vs NC351. Same 7 programs and pints; the NC351 measured 82 dB against 84 and needed one fewer re-spin on our oat base.

Send a message

Use the form or email hello@ninjacreamer.com directly. Include the page URL if you are reporting an error and the model number if you are asking about a machine. We aim to reply within three working days. Details of how we handle the information you send are on our privacy policy.

Who you are writing to

Messages go to Mike Lala, who tests every machine and writes every page on the site. Our about page describes the test kitchen and the six machines we own.
