Every Ninja Creami ships with a printed quick start guide, and the full manual is a model number search away. Here is the number for each model and what to look for.

Quick answer

Find your model number on the label under the base (NC299AMZ, NC301, NC351, NC501, NC601 or NC701), then search that number on the SharkNinja support site to open the full manual. The printed quick start guide in the box covers setup and the first pint. Every model carries a 1 year limited warranty.

We do not host SharkNinja’s manuals, and we do not link to copies of them, because the current version lives on the SharkNinja support site and gets revised. What we can do is tell you which document ships with each model, what it covers, and how to get the full manual in under a minute. We have opened every box in the table below ourselves, starting with the NC301 in August 2026.

Manuals by model

Every current Creami ships with a printed quick start guide, and five of the six also include a recipe inspiration guide. The full manual, with the safety section, the parts diagram and the troubleshooting table, is on the SharkNinja support site under the model number.

How to find your model number

The model number is on the rating label on the underside of the motor base. It is the number you need for the manual, for ordering pints and for a warranty claim.

  1. Unplug the machine and remove the outer bowl.
  2. Tip the base back on the counter so you can read the label without turning it over. The NC701 weighs 19.2 lb, so use both hands.
  3. Read the model number next to the wattage: 800 W on the NC301, NC351, NC501 and NC601, 900 W on the NC701.
  4. Write it on a piece of tape on the back of the machine so you never have to tip it again.

The number is also on the end flap of the box and the first page of the quick start guide. If you bought a color variant such as the NC351BR mocha or NC601BR mocha, the suffix is the color and the manual is the same as the base model.

What the quick start guide covers

The printed guide gets you from the box to the first pint, and it is the only document most owners read. Ours ran to a single folded sheet on the NC299AMZ and a small booklet on the other five models.

  1. Parts diagram: motor base, outer bowl, outer bowl lid, Creamerizer paddle, pints and lids, and on the NC701 the dispenser nozzle, handle and cleaning brush.
  2. Assembly sequence: pint into bowl, paddle into lid, lid onto bowl, bowl into base. Our own how to use a Ninja Creami walkthrough adds the timings and noise readings the guide leaves out.
  3. The freeze instruction: 24 hours on a level surface. We add a thermometer check and use 0 F.
  4. The program list for that model and a short description of each.
  5. Cleaning: which parts go on the top rack of the dishwasher.

What the full manual adds

The full manual is where the troubleshooting table, the warranty terms and the re-spin guidance live. Search the model number on the SharkNinja support site and open the document listed as the owner’s guide.

  1. A troubleshooting table that covers the install pint indicator, the lid lock, the motor cool-down and the add liquid guidance. Our won’t turn on page walks through the same checks with photos.
  2. The warranty statement with the claim process and exclusions.
  3. The parts list with accessory model numbers, which is where you confirm the pint system. Our pint compatibility guide has the same information in one table.
  4. On the NC501 and NC601, the explanation of top and bottom tub processing. On the NC701, the dispenser disassembly diagram.

The 1 year limited warranty

Every Ninja Creami we have tested carries a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. It applies to the motor base and the parts that came in the box: outer bowl, outer bowl lid, paddle, and the two pints or tubs.

  1. Keep the proof of purchase. For an Amazon order, the order confirmation email or the invoice in your order history is enough.
  2. Normal wear is not covered. The faint cloudiness our NC301 pints showed after 20 dishwasher cycles and the light scuffing on the paddle are wear; a cracked outer bowl or a paddle that chips is a defect.
  3. Pints and tubs bought separately, such as the XSKPLD4BCD 4-pack, are accessories with their own terms, not part of the machine warranty.
  4. Renewed units, such as the NC301 Renewed listing, are typically covered by the renewed program’s terms rather than the new-unit warranty, so check the listing before you buy.

Warranty registration

Registration is optional and does not change your coverage, but it saves time if you ever need to claim. The proof of purchase is what establishes the warranty start date.

  1. Find the serial number on the same label as the model number.
  2. Create or sign in to an account on the SharkNinja site and add the product with the serial number and purchase date.
  3. Keep the Amazon receipt anyway. A claim is checked against the receipt, not the registration.
  4. If the machine is a gift, register it against the recipient’s name and keep the gift receipt with it.

Model notes: where the NC300, NC500 and NC700 series differ

  • NC299AMZ, NC301 and NC351: the NC299AMZ ships with a quick start card only, no recipe inspiration guide. The NC301 and NC351 guides differ because the control panel changed in Gen 2.
  • NC501 and NC601: both guides include the top and bottom tub processing section. The NC601 guide adds the CreamiFit, Frappe and Dairy-Free program descriptions.
  • NC701: the only guide with a dispenser section and the only box with a cleaning brush. Read the nozzle cleaning page first; in our 30 days the nozzle blocked whenever we skipped the brush.

Prevention: keep the paperwork where you can find it

  • Photograph the rating label and the Amazon receipt the day the machine arrives.
  • Tape the model number to the back of the base.
  • Keep the quick start guide in the kitchen drawer; the assembly diagram solves most non-starts.
  • Register the serial number within the first month while the receipt is easy to find.

When to contact SharkNinja support

Contact SharkNinja when the machine will not start with the pint, bowl and lid correctly seated, when the motor stops repeatedly on a fully frozen base, when the outer bowl or paddle is cracked or chipped, or when any part arrived missing from the box. Have the model number, serial number and Amazon receipt ready, and describe the fault in one sentence. Within the first year the 1 year limited warranty applies; after that, replacement outer bowls and paddles are sold as accessories.
